Our goal is to share high-quality data as soon as possible and to continuously strive to collect more and better data to provide actionable insights.  For community and state sites we follow the following process:

Existence

• Find and add all community and state sites to the guide as soon as possible

Initial Public Data

• Provide general data such as links and number of organizations and opportunities

In-depth Public Data (gathered on a by request and rolling basis)

• Provide in-depth data such as percentage of  organizations with robust profiles (logo, mission statement, etc) and/or current opportunities

Member Shared Data

• As communities become members, publicly share provided data based upon their permission
• Provide communities with in-depth comparative reports and recommendations

Maintain historical data to illuminate trends and validate improvements
